Comparison review
The Apple iPhone XS has a global score of 84.2, which is better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8's score of 74.6. Although Apple iPhone XS is older than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, it's body is just a bit thinner and just a little bit lighter. IPhone XS has a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a slightly higher resolution of 1125 x 2436 and a just a bit higher screen pixel density.
IPhone XS features a better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although faster), it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and a 64-bits processing unit. Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 features a better camera than Apple iPhone XS, because although it has slower 30 frames per second video frame rate, and they both have a F1.8 aperture and the same (4K) video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 also counts with a way bigger sensor shooting much higher quality videos and pictures and a way more mega pixels back-facing camera.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 has slightly more storage for games and applications than iPhone XS, because although it has just 32 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD card slot that supports up to 128 GB. Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 counts with a much longer battery duration than iPhone XS, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
Although iPhone XS is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 8. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most with your budget.
