Comparison review
Asus ROG Phone 6 has an overall score of 79.1, which is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8's 74.6 score. Asus ROG Phone 6 is a way newer cellphone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, although it is somewhat thicker and incredibly heavier. Both devices in this comparison review have Android operating system, but the Asus ROG Phone 6 has the newer 12 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 has Android 10, so it provides the user some nice extra features.
The Asus ROG Phone 6 has a bit better screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, because although it has a bit worse pixel density, it also counts with a bit bigger display and a slightly higher 1080 x 2448 pixels resolution. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 features a much better performing processing unit than Asus ROG Phone 6, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
The Asus ROG Phone 6 features a lot bigger memory to install games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory. Asus ROG Phone 6 has a really longer battery duration than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, because it has a 50% bigger battery size.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 takes much clearer photographs and videos than Asus ROG Phone 6, although it has a back facing camera with a lower 48 mega pixels resolution.
