Asus ROG Phone 8 has a score of 79.5, which is a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8's 74.6 global score. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but Asus ROG Phone 8 has a more recent 14 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 has Android 10 version, so it gives a couple nice extra features and improved performance. Asus ROG Phone 8's body is notably newer than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8's, but it's somewhat heavier and a little thicker.
