The Huawei Mate 30 has a global score of 84, which is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8's overall score of 74.6. Huawei Mate 30's body has the same thickness than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, but it is a little bit heavier. Both of these phones come with the same Android 10 OS (operating system), so they should give you identical OS features.
