Comparison review
The Huawei nova 3 has a score of 76.3, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8's 74.6 overall score. Both phones in this comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei nova 3 has the newer 8.1 Oreo version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 has Android 10 version. The Huawei nova 3 body is thinner and somewhat lighter than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, despite of the fact that it was released around 15 months before.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 and the Huawei nova 3 both have incredibly similar screens, both have the same screen density, exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a display of the same size. Huawei nova 3 has a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, because it has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 256 GB and more internal storage.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 features just a bit longer battery life than Huawei nova 3, because it has a 7 percent greater battery size.
