Comparison review
Motorola edge is a lot better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, having a score of 89.6 against 74.6. Motorola edge's design is a little bit lighter but thicker than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, and they were only released 7 months apart. These phones come with the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so both of them should provide identical operating system features.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 features a bit more vivid screen than Motorola edge, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 also counts with a just a bit greater display density. The Motorola edge counts with a much bigger memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, because it has a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 1000 GB and 256 GB internal memory capacity.
The Motorola edge has a little faster processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Motorola edge also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Motorola edge features a bit better battery life than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
Motorola edge is a lot more expensive than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
