The Motorola razr (2020) is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, having a global score of 87 against 74.6. Although Motorola razr (2020) is a little bit heavier than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, it's a bit thinner and newer. Both phones in this comparison have Android OS (operating system), but the Motorola razr (2020) has a more recent 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 has Android 10.
The Motorola razr (2020) counts with a little better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Motorola razr (2020) also has a larger amount of RAM memory. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 has a little bit better screen than Motorola razr (2020), because it has a just a bit better display density, a little bit larger display and a slightly higher 1080 x 2340 resolution.

So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Motorola razr (2020), otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, resigning some features and specs.
