Comparison review
The nubia Red Magic 3S has an overall score of 75.8, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8's global score of 74.6. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the nubia Red Magic 3S has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 has Android 10, providing a couple additional features. Although nubia Red Magic 3S is better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, we must tell that it is also a somewhat thicker and heavier phone.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 and nubia Red Magic 3S both count with really similar screens, because although the nubia Red Magic 3S has a quite lower pixels density, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1080 x 2340px, it also counts with a bit bigger screen. The nubia Red Magic 3S counts with a little bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the nubia Red Magic 3S also has more RAM memory.
Nubia Red Magic 3S counts with a much better memory to install games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 224 GB more internal memory. The nubia Red Magic 3S has better battery life than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
The nubia Red Magic 3S takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, and although they both have a back-facing camera with a 48 MP and a same size sensor, the nubia Red Magic 3S also has a bigger diafragm aperture and a lot better video quality.
Although nubia Red Magic 3S is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Redmi Note 8. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy nubia Red Magic 3S, otherwise you can save some money and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, giving up some features and specifications.
