OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren is just a bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, with a score of 80.1 against 74.6. These phones work with the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so both of them should count with very similar operating system features. Despite being the best in this comparison review, OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren's construction is a little thicker and just a little heavier than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8.
OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren has a little bit better display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, because it has a better quantity of pixels per inch in the screen, a little bit bigger screen and a better resolution of 1440 x 3120px. The OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren has a little faster processor than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, and although they both have 8 cores, the OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren also has 9 GB more RAM memory.
The OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren has much more storage to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal storage. The OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren captures a bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, and although they both have a camera with a 48 mega pixels resolution, the same (4K) video definition and a 0.5 inches back-facing camera sensor, the OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren also has faster 60 fps video frame rate and a bigger camera aperture for better photography in poorly lited environments.
