Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy A30s is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, with a score of 79.8 against 74.6. These devices include Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy A30s has a newer 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 has Android 10, providing the user lots of additional features and optimized performance. Samsung Galaxy A30s is a lighter and just a little thinner phone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, even though both were released with only a couple of months difference.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 features a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy A30s, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher 1080 x 2340 resolution and a way higher number of pixels per inch of screen. Samsung Galaxy A30s counts with a much bigger storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, because it has an external memory card slot that holds up to 512 GB and 96 GB more internal storage capacity.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 has a bit faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy A30s, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 and the Galaxy A30s have extremely similar batteries performance. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 takes better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy A30s, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, it also counts with a lot higher video definition and a back camera with lot more MP.
