Comparison review
Galaxy A50 is better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, having an 83.8 score against 74.6. Even when Galaxy A50 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 were only released 7 months apart, Galaxy A50 is lighter and just a bit thinner. Galaxy A50 features a display that is very similar to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 one, because although the Galaxy A50 has a bit worse pixel density, and they both have the same 1080 x 2340 resolution, it also counts with a quite larger screen.
Galaxy A50 features a little bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy A50 also has more RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy A50 has a very superior storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB and more internal storage.
The Galaxy A50 counts with a battery lifetime that is very similar to Xiaomi Redmi Note 8's battery life. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 counts with a much better camera than Galaxy A50, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, it also counts with a lot larger sensor providing a much better image quality, a lot better 3840x2160 video definition and a way more MP camera.
Even being the best phone in our current comparison, the Samsung Galaxy A50 is also a bit cheaper.
