Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note10 has a global score of 89, which is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8's 74.6 score. The Samsung Galaxy Note10 design is somewhat lighter and just a bit thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, even though they were released only 2 months apart. Galaxy Note10 features a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note10 also has 5 GB more RAM memory.
Samsung Galaxy Note10 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 have extremely similar screens, and although the Samsung Galaxy Note10 has a little less pixels per inch of screen and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2280, they both have a same size display. Galaxy Note10 has a lot bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with 224 GB more internal memory.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 counts with a much better camera than Galaxy Note10, because although it has worse video frame rates and a tinier aperture which is not recommended for low-light photography and videos, and they both have the same video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 also counts with a much larger back camera sensor and a back camera with much more MP.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 features a little longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Note10, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
Although Galaxy Note10 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Note10, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, letting go some features and specifications.
