Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note4 is slightly better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, with a 77.6 score against 74.6. Samsung Galaxy Note4 is a a little lighter phone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, but both have the same thickness. The Galaxy Note4 has a slightly better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher number of pixels per display inch and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels.
The Galaxy Note4 and Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 feature similar memory capacity to install games and applications, both have a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 128 GB and equal internal storage. Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 counts with a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy Note4. They have a 3 GB RAM memory and a Octa-Core CPU.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 has a much better camera than Galaxy Note4, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 also has a way higher 48 MP resolution camera, a larger diafragm aperture for better images in low light environments and a much bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 features improved battery life than Galaxy Note4, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity instead of 3220mAh.
