Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, having a score of 90.6 against 74.6. Both of these devices use Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 has 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 has Android 10, offering some extra features and improved performance. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3's construction is newer and notably thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8's, although it's also notably heavier.
