Xiaomi Mi 11 has a global score of 88.8, which is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8's overall score of 74.6. Even though the Xiaomi Mi 11 is just a bit heavier than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, it's just a bit thinner and newer. Both phones in this review come with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Mi 11 has a more recent 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 has Android 10.
Xiaomi Mi 11 counts with just a bit better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi 11 also has a larger amount of RAM memory. Xiaomi Mi 11 counts with a much more vibrant display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, because it has a better resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels, a quite larger screen and a higher pixel density.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 takes way better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not favorable for capturing pictures or videos in poorly lited situations, it also counts with a lot larger camera sensor taking way higher quality pictures and videos, a lot better video resolution and a camera with a much higher 108 megapixels resolution.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 has a much bigger memory for games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage capacity. Xiaomi Mi 11 features just a bit longer battery duration than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, because it has a 15 percent larger battery capacity.
