Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has a score of 77.2, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8's 74.6 general score. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is a a little lighter device than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, but both are equally thin. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro has a newer 8.1 Oreo version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 has Android 10, providing some additional features and performance enhancements.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 features just a bit better performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro counts with a little more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, although it has a little bit lower 1080 x 2280 resolution and a just a little less pixels per inch of screen, they both have a same size display.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 shoots much better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro, because it has a lot larger back camera sensor, a bigger aperture, a lot higher video quality and a back facing camera with a way better resolution. Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro features a superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8, because it has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB and 64 GB internal storage capacity.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro's battery performance is just as good as the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 one.
