Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, having a score of 84.2 against 81.1. Both phones in this review have Android OS, but Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has 14 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has Android 10 version, so it counts with some nice extra features. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is a just a bit heavier cellphone than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, but they are equally thin.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a much more powerful CPU than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a more vivid screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a bit lower screen pixels density, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2400px, the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro also counts with a little bigger display.
Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a lot bigger storage for apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 448 GB more internal memory capacity.
