Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is a bit better than LG V20, having a score of 81.1 against 77. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro body is much newer, but heavier and somewhat thicker than LG V20. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a bit better hardware performance than LG V20, because it has 2 GB more RAM memory and 4 more cpu cores.
LG V20 features a little bit better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixels density and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560px. LG V20 features a much bigger storage for applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the LG V20 also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 1,95 TB.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features a lot better camera than LG V20, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture, and they both have the same video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also counts with a much larger back camera sensor shooting way better quality videos and pictures and a back camera with a way better resolution.

Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG V20, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG V20. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the LG V20, and give up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
