Comparison review
The Galaxy Note Edge has an overall score of 81.7, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro's global score of 81.1. These phones include Android OS, but Galaxy Note Edge has older 5.0 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has Android 10. Although Galaxy Note Edge is a lot older than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, it's body is somewhat lighter and just a bit thinner.
Samsung Galaxy Note Edge features a way better display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a greater pixels density and a better 2560 x 1440 resolution. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro counts with a much bigger storage for applications and games than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has 32 GB more internal memory capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 512 GB.
Galaxy Note Edge features a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, because although it has 3 GB lesser RAM memory and less cpu cores , it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a superior battery lifetime than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 5020mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features a very superior camera than Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a much bigger back-facing camera sensor providing a way better image quality, a bigger aperture to take better images in poorly lited environments and a back camera with a lot better 64 mega pixels resolution.
Although Galaxy Note Edge is a better device, it costs more than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Galaxy Note Edge, but if you don't you can save some money and get the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, resigning a couple features and specifications.
