Comparison review
IPhone 8 is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, having an 85 score against 76.6. Even though iPhone 8 is notably older than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, it's construction is thinner and lighter. Apple iPhone 8 counts with a little bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, although it has a quite inferior quantity of pixels per display inch, a way worse 750 x 1334 resolution and a way smaller screen.
The iPhone 8 has a greater processing power than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has an inferior number of cores and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a 64-bit CPU. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a bit better camera than Apple iPhone 8, because although it has worse video frame rates, and they both have the same aperture and the same 1920x1080 video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also counts with a camera with a lot better resolution and a lot bigger sensor.
The Apple iPhone 8 has a much greater memory capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 counts with a much better battery life than Apple iPhone 8, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity against 1821mAh.
Although iPhone 8 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, giving up some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
