Comparison review
The iPhone XS Max is better than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, having an 84.5 score against 76.6. The iPhone XS Max construction is somewhat thinner than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, although it's a bit heavier and was released around a year before. The Apple iPhone XS Max counts with a much better looking display than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Apple iPhone XS Max also has a little bit higher resolution of 1242 x 2688px and a bit greater pixel density.
Apple iPhone XS Max has a more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although faster), it also counts with a 64-bit CPU and more RAM. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 features a much greater memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than iPhone XS Max, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 128 GB.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 counts with a very superior battery performance than iPhone XS Max, because it has 5020mAh of battery capacity. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 shoots a little bit better photos and videos than iPhone XS Max, because although it has slower video frame rates, and they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and a F1.8 camera aperture, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also counts with a back-facing camera with lot more megapixels and a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor which offers a much higher image and video quality.
Although iPhone XS Max is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and give up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your money.
