Comparison review
Google Nexus 6P is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, with a general score of 80.3 against 76.6. Despite of the fact that the Google Nexus 6P is notably older than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, it's construction is lighter and thinner. The Google Nexus 6P counts with a little bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixel density and a better 1440 x 2560 resolution.
Google Nexus 6P's processing unit is very similar to the CPU in Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, both of them have a Octa-Core CPU and the same RAM memory amount. Google Nexus 6P features slightly more storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 64 GB more internal memory.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a way better battery life than Google Nexus 6P, because it has a 5020mAh battery capacity. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 takes much clearer pictures and videos than Google Nexus 6P, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 video definition, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a camera with a way better 48 mega pixels resolution, a larger camera sensor which offers a higher photo and video quality and a larger aperture to take better photography and videos in poorly lited environments.
Although Google Nexus 6P is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Google Nexus 6P, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, resigning a couple features and specifications.
