Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 5s, getting a score of 83 against 76.4. Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T is extremely newer than the Xiaomi Mi 5s, it's noticeably heavier and somewhat thicker. Both devices in our current comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T has the older 10 version while Xiaomi Mi 5s has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The Xiaomi Mi 5s has a little sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T, because although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920 and a really smaller screen, it also counts with a little greater screen density. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T features a little bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T also has a larger number of cores (and they are faster).
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T has a better camera than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T also has a bigger back-facing camera sensor, a much more megapixels back facing camera and a larger aperture. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9T has more memory to install games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
