LG V50 ThinQ has a quite superior performance than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG V50 ThinQ also has 2 GB more RAM. The LG V50 ThinQ has a much sharper screen than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a much higher resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels, a much better amount of pixels per inch of screen and a larger display.
The LG V50 ThinQ counts with a much greater storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has 64 GB more internal storage capacity and a SD extension slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG V50 ThinQ shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because although it has a lower 12 MP resolution back camera, it also counts with a lot bigger diafragm aperture to capture better photos and video in low-light situations and a lot better 3840x2160 video definition.
LG V50 ThinQ has improved battery lifetime than Xiaomi Redmi Y1, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
The LG V50 ThinQ costs a lot more money than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, but it's still a good choice, as you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
