Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has a general score of 82.1, which is much better than Xiaomi Redmi Y1's 72.1 general score. Samsung Galaxy A8 Star is a somewhat heavier phone than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, but they are equally thin. Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy A8 Star has 9.0 Pie version and Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has Android 7.0 Nougat version.
