Galaxy M31 is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1, getting a global score of 86.5 against 72.1. These phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy M31 has the previous 11 version and Xiaomi Redmi Y1 has Android 7.0 Nougat. The Galaxy M31 design is extremely newer, but thicker and somewhat heavier than the Xiaomi Redmi Y1.
