Motorola DROID Turbo is a lot better than the Yezz Andy A4, with a overall score of 76.4 against 44.7. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola DROID Turbo has the newer 4.4.4 version and Yezz Andy A4 has Android 4.1, so it gives you lots of additional features and performance optimizations. The Motorola DROID Turbo construction is extremely heavier and a bit thicker than the Yezz Andy A4.
