ZTE Axon 10 Pro takes much clearer pictures and videos than Google Pixel XL, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the ZTE Axon 10 Pro also has better video frame rates, a back facing camera with a way higher resolution and a larger diafragm aperture to capture better low-light images and videos.
The ZTE Axon 10 Pro features a superior storage for apps and games than Google Pixel XL, because it has more internal storage capacity and an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. The ZTE Axon 10 Pro counts with a bit superior battery life than Google Pixel XL, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 3450mAh.
Although Google Pixel XL is a better device, it costs a lot more than the ZTE Axon 10 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as ZTE Axon 10 Pro. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy the ZTE Axon 10 Pro, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your money.
