Comparison review
The ZTE Axon 20 has an overall score of 77.8, which is slightly better than OnePlus 8's 76 general score. ZTE Axon 20's body has the same thickness than OnePlus 8, but it's a little heavier. OnePlus 8 has a brighter display than ZTE Axon 20, because although it has a quite lower 1080 x 2400 resolution and a bit smaller display, it also counts with a little more pixels per display inch.
OnePlus 8 features a little faster CPU than ZTE Axon 20. Both of them have the same number of cores and the same RAM memory amount. The OnePlus 8 has as much storage capacity to store more games and applications as ZTE Axon 20, both of them have equal 128 GB internal storage. The OnePlus 8 has just a little bit longer battery lifetime than ZTE Axon 20, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity instead of 4220mAh.
ZTE Axon 20 has a bit better camera than OnePlus 8, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for low-light captures and videos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same video frame rates, the ZTE Axon 20 also counts with a bigger camera sensor shooting better quality videos and photographs and a much more mega-pixels back camera.
Although ZTE Axon 20 is a better device, it costs more than the OnePlus 8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as OnePlus 8. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the OnePlus 8, giving up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your budget.
