The Galaxy M31 is better than the ZTE Axon 20, having an 86.5 score against 77.8. Both of these devices have Android OS, but the Galaxy M31 has the newer 11 version while ZTE Axon 20 has Android 10 version, so it provides a lot of extra features and some performance improvements. Galaxy M31 is an older and somewhat thicker cellphone than the ZTE Axon 20, but Samsung was able to build it a little bit lighter anyway.
ZTE Axon 20 has a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy M31, and although they both have the same number of cores, the ZTE Axon 20 also has more RAM memory. Galaxy M31 has a superior battery duration than ZTE Axon 20, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity.
