The Galaxy Xcover 2 is a bit better than the ZTE Blade Spark, having a 58.9 score against 57.4. These devices come with Android OS, but Galaxy Xcover 2 has the older 4.1.2 version and ZTE Blade Spark has Android 7.1 Nougat version. Even though Galaxy Xcover 2 is notably older and thicker than ZTE Blade Spark, it's body is still lighter.
