The BLU R2 Plus has a global score of 59.3, which is a little bit better than the ZTE Blade Vec 3G's score of 54.2. These phones include Android OS (operating system), but the BLU R2 Plus has the newer 7.0 Nougat version and ZTE Blade Vec 3G has Android 4.4, so it gives a lot of extra features and enhanced performance.
The BLU R2 Plus features just a bit better performance than ZTE Blade Vec 3G, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, it also counts with 4 more 1.3 gigahertz cores and a greater amount of RAM.
