Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is way better than ZTE Flash, with an 81.6 score against 52.8. Both of these phones have Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has a more recent 5.0 version and ZTE Flash has Android 4.0. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is a somewhat thinner but heavier cellphone than ZTE Flash.
