Galaxy S4 is way better than ZTE Geek, getting a 78.2 score against 57.4. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S4 has a more recent 4.4.2 version while ZTE Geek has Android 4.2.2, so it provides the user some additional features and performance tweaks.
