The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is way better than ZTE Grand Memo, getting a global score of 81.7 against 58. These devices include Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a newer 5.0 version and ZTE Grand Memo has Android 4.1 version, providing you a lot of extra features. The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge body has the same thickness than the ZTE Grand Memo, but it's way heavier.
