The Galaxy Note 3 has a score of 80.7, which is way better than ZTE Max's global score of 51.9. Both of these devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note 3 has 5.0 version and ZTE Max has Android 4.1.2 version, providing a lot of extra features and performance optimizations. Even when the Galaxy Note 3 and the ZTE Max were only released with a couple months difference, the Galaxy Note 3 is thinner and lighter.
