LG K40 is just a bit better than ZTE Nubia Z9 Max, having a overall score of 69.8 against 64.8. Both devices we are comparing have Android OS (Operating System), but the LG K40 has a more recent 8.1 Oreo version while ZTE Nubia Z9 Max has Android 5.0 version, so it provides the user lots of additional features and optimized performance. The LG K40 construction is lighter but just a little thicker than ZTE Nubia Z9 Max.
The LG K40 features a little better hardware performance than ZTE Nubia Z9 Max, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with more processing cores. The ZTE Nubia Z9 Max features a much better display than LG K40, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a way better resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a higher display density.
ZTE Nubia Z9 Max features a much better camera than LG K40, and although they both have the same camera aperture, the ZTE Nubia Z9 Max also has a back facing camera with way more megapixels, a lot better video quality and a larger back camera sensor providing a higher image quality. LG K40 counts with a much bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than ZTE Nubia Z9 Max, and although they both have the same 16 GB internal memory capacity, the LG K40 also has an external SD slot that admits up to 1,95 TB.
The LG K40 has a bit longer battery life than ZTE Nubia Z9 Max, because it has a 3% more battery size.
