Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G LTE is much better than ZTE Quartz, with a 60.2 score against 51.3. Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G LTE's construction is way thicker but noticeably lighter than the ZTE Quartz. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G LTE has an older 4.1 version while ZTE Quartz has Android 4.3.
The ZTE Quartz has a bit better screen than Galaxy Victory 4G LTE, because although it has a just a little worse pixel quantity in each inch in the display, it also counts with a slightly better 960 x 540px resolution and a much larger display.
