The Kyocera Hydro Elite is much better than ZTE Source, with a overall score of 59.6 against 50.1. Kyocera Hydro Elite is a just a little bit thicker but lighter phone than the ZTE Source. Both devices in this review include Android operating system, but the Kyocera Hydro Elite has the older 4.1 version and ZTE Source has Android 4.1.2.
Kyocera Hydro Elite features a little faster processor than ZTE Source, because although it has a worse GPU working at 400 megahertz, and they both have 2 cpu cores, the Kyocera Hydro Elite also counts with a greater amount of RAM. Kyocera Hydro Elite features a slightly better looking display than ZTE Source, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot better 1280 x 720 resolution and a much better count of pixels per inch of display.
Kyocera Hydro Elite has much more storage capacity for games and applications than ZTE Source. Both of them have a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 32 GB. ZTE Source and Kyocera Hydro Elite feature similar batteries performance, although the Kyocera Hydro Elite also has a 1 percent larger battery size.
Kyocera Hydro Elite takes a lot better videos and photos than ZTE Source, because it has a back-facing camera with a lot better 8 mega pixels resolution and a much higher 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality.
The Kyocera Hydro Elite and the ZTE Source cost exactly the same, which makes it an easy choice.
