Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 has an overall score of 70, which is slightly better than ZTE Star II's 63.7 global score. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 has 5.1 version and ZTE Star II has Android 4.4, giving you a lot of extra features. The ZTE Star II features a better CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an extra GPU and a higher number of cores.
