Comparison review

The Samsung Stratosphere is better than the ZTE Tempo Go, with a 56.7 score against 50.8. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Stratosphere has the older 2.3 version while ZTE Tempo Go has Android 8.1 Oreo. ZTE Tempo Go has a little better hardware performance than Samsung Stratosphere, because it has a greater number of cores and a higher amount of RAM.
