Both of these devices have Android OS (operating system), but Alcatel Insight has newer 9.0 Pie version and ZTE Warp Sync has Android 4.4.2, so it provides you some additional features. The Alcatel Insight is a a little thinner and somewhat lighter device than the ZTE Warp Sync.
