ZTE Warp Sync Review

ZTE Warp Sync is a solid Android phone, provisioned with a very powerful 1200 MHz Quad-Core processor, a good size 5-inches touch-screen, an 8 mega-pixels back side camera and a 1.6 mega-pixels front side camera. That's all? No, it's only the tip of the iceberg.

ZTE decided to sell this phone with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 MSM8926 chip, including a high speed Quad-Core processing unit speeding at 1200 megahertz and a big 2 GB RAM memory. To handle graphic intensive applications, it also has a 450 megahertz Adreno 305 graphic processing unit. A good advantage of the ZTE Warp Sync is the 8 GB quite large internal storage and an SD memory card expansion slot, which allows the user to store hundreds of games and applications without worrying about space.

Even though this phone is thin and comfortable it's not even close to being one of the thinnest cellphones nowadays, with a thickness of 0.4 inches. Whereas the ZTE Warp Sync is only 5.6" long and 2.9" wide, it's still able to fit a a 5" display. ZTE appears to have forgotten about weight optimization in this 5.75 ounces cellphone.

The ZTE Warp Sync is equipped with a interesting 5" screen with a 1280 x 720 (HD) resolution, which makes it hard to distinguish the pixels in the screen. This screen uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and can detect multiple fingers at the same time.

The ZTE Warp Sync has two cameras, an 8 MP back side camera and a 1.6 megapixels front-facing camera. It can also shoot videos in HD 1280x720. This phone also includes a few good characteristics: flash, auto-focus, face detection shooting and geo tagging.

The ZTE Warp Sync counts with wifi connectivity (which it can provide to other devices around, as a mobile hotspot) and 3G connection type, over EV-DO A technologies. This phone doesn't have a sim card, because it isn't a GSM enabled phone and it can work with CDMA carriers.

This phone packs a 2300 mAh long lasting Li-Polymer replaceable battery that provides this device a good battery duration.

This phone also features a handful of cool characteristics such as Bluetooth (4.0) and GPS Navigation, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.

This phone is not very convinient considering it costs 95 dollars, while many similar cellphones are being sold much cheaper than that. It doesn't matter whether you will use it as a gamer phone or are looking for a device to majorly use social networks, this phone is the right one for you.
