Samsung Epic 4G Touch is a bit better than the ZTE ZMAX 2, having a 60.8 score against 55.7. Both devices in our current comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Epic 4G Touch has the older 4.1.2 version while ZTE ZMAX 2 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. The Samsung Epic 4G Touch construction is way lighter than the ZTE ZMAX 2, although it's just a little bit thicker and was released 4 years before.
The Samsung Epic 4G Touch counts with a little sharper display than ZTE ZMAX 2, although it has a little bit worse display density, a lot lower 800 x 480 resolution and a quite smaller display. ZTE ZMAX 2 features a much longer battery performance than Samsung Epic 4G Touch, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity. The Samsung Epic 4G Touch counts with a superior camera than ZTE ZMAX 2. Both of them have the same (Full HD) video resolution, the same resolution back camera and the same video frame rates.
Even being the best phone in our comparison, Samsung Epic 4G Touch is also very cheap compared to the other ones.
