HTC 7 Mozart Review

HTC 7 Mozart is a decent quality cellphone launched in October 2010, packed with a powerful processor clocking at 1000 megahertz, an 8 megapixels back camera and a medium sized 3.7 inches multi-touch display. We will get a better idea about this device's specifications when we get into specific details.

This cellphone is a bit heavy comparing with today standards, weighting 4.59 ounces.

The HTC 7 Mozart includes a nice 800 x 480 3.7-inches display, which makes everything look very good. Its display uses S-LCD capacitive technology, and allows multi-touch for gestures like pinch and zoom.

The HTC 7 Mozart is equipped with a fast 1 gigahertz CPU, packed into the Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 QSD8250 chip and 576 MB of RAM. Graphic rendering often eats a lot of CPU time, so this phone also has an Adreno 200 graphics processing unit clocking at 128 megahertz to take some work out of the CPU. This cellphone has a good 8 GB internal storage and whereas it doesn't have an external SD slot, it is enough to store a couple hundred games and applications, although it might not be suitable if you are fan of the heaviest games available nowadays.

This cellphone is equipped with only an 8 MP back side camera. It can also film HD 1280x720 videos. To complete the camera, it also features auto-focus and flash.

This cellphone provides wi-fi connection (but it can't provide it to other devices around, as a mobile mobile hotspot) and fast 3G connection type, supported by HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This cellphone works with a SIM card to use GSM services.

This device packs a 1300 mAh medium capacity Li-Ion replaceable battery that can keep this cellphone running for some hours, but you may need to charge it after some moderate use. According to HTC, the HTC 7 Mozart has an aproximate 6.8 hours talk time and a 360 hours stand by time.

This cellphone also features a handful of interesting features such as Bluetooth and GPS Localization, and a couple sensors likeLight Sensor, Proximity Sensor and Accelerometer.

This phone is not very convinient considering it is offerred for 169 dollars, while some similar cellphones are being sold much cheaper than that.
