vivo NEX Review
Score: 64.6 / 100Vivo NEX is an amazing Android device released many years ago, packing a very fast 2.8 gigahertz Octa-Core processing unit, a large 6.6-inches screen, and 2 cameras, a 12 mega-pixels back side camera and an 8 mega-pixels front camera. But it's time to get into some more details.
Vivo decided to power this cellphone with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SDM845 system chip, including a very fast 2.8 GHz Octa-Core processor with a large 8 GB RAM memory. This cellphone comes with an excellent 128 GB internal memory and while it doesn't come with a slot for external memory cards, it is still enough to store lots of applications, games, photos and videos without worrying about filling the phone.
This phone has an inspired design, with a thickness of just 0.31 inches. The vivo NEX is only 6.38" long, but it is still able to fit a a 6.6" screen. Vivo appears to have forgotten about weight optimization in this 7.02 oz device. Vivo justmade this phone in black color.
The vivo NEX is equipped with two cameras, a 12 mega-pixels back facing camera and an 8 megapixels front camera. Its back facing camera lens has a f/1.8 aperture so it can capture beautiful photos even in poorly lit environments. It can also shoot videos in 4K 3840x2160. To complete the camera, it also counts with time lapse video.
Vivo packed the vivo NEX with a high-tech 6.6 inches screen, and a 1080 x 2316 resolution, giving this phone an amazing graphic quality.
The vivo NEX counts with Wi-Fi connection (and it can share it with other devices as a mobile hotspot). The vivo NEX has dual sim cards so it's able to work with two different phone lines at the same time.
The vivo NEX features an amazing 4000 mAh Li - Ion non-removable battery that can keep this cellphone running for several hours without charging it at all. An issue to take into consideration is that this cellphone's battery is non-removable so you can't buy a new battery when it starts losing capacity, while with its 4000 mAh you will probably replace this phone before it happens.
The vivo NEX also includes a handful of cool characteristics as Fingerprint Sensor, Bluetooth (5.0 ) and GPS Geolocation, and lots of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer, Gyroscope and Compass.
