Xolo Opus HD Review

This phone has a beautiful design, with a thickness of just 0.31 inches. This phone is a very compact phone, considering it features a 5 inches display and it is only 5.63 inches long. Tag Heuer only offers this phone in color black.
The Xolo Opus HD is equipped with a interesting 1280 x 720 (HD) 5" screen, which makes it hard to see the pixels in the screen. This screen uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and can detect multiple fingers at the same time.
This cellphone is equipped with a Broadcom BCM23550 system chip, packing a high-tech 1.2 GHz Quad-Core processing unit with only 1 GB of RAM which is a bit poor for a cellphone of this level. Collaborating with graphic rendering, it also has a Broadcom VideoCore IV GPU ticking at 250 megahertz. A nice advantage of the Xolo Opus HD is its quite big 8 GB internal memory and a slot for SD memory cards, enough to install a couple hundred apps and games without running out of space.
The Xolo Opus HD features two cameras, an 8 megapixels back-facing camera and a 2 megapixels front facing camera. The Xolo Opus HD can also shoot videos in 1920x1080 (Full HD). This camera also features a couple of interesting features like flash, face detection shooting, auto-focus and geo tagging.
This device has wifi connectivity (which it can share with other devices around, acting as a mobile hotspot), HSPA+ (4G) data connection, which is not so fast as LTE networks and 3G fast connectivity, using HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. The Xolo Opus HD has 2 SIM cards so it can to work with two different phone numbers or carriers at the same time.
The Xolo Opus HD also includes a few nice features such as Bluetooth (4.0), GPS Navigation and Radio, and plenty of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
This phone features a great 2500 mAh replaceable battery, enough to provide this phone with an impressive battery life. This device has an aproximate stand by time of 600 hs and a talk time of 28 hours according to Tag Heuer.
