The Xolo Q600s is powered by a Broadcom BCM23550 system chip, backed up by an extremely fast Quad-Core CPU running at 1.2 GHz with only 1 GB RAM memory which is a little poor for a cellphone of this level. Graphic intensive apps often eats lots of processing power, so it also has an extra 250 megahertz Broadcom VideoCore IV graphic processing unit to improve overall performance. The Xolo Q600s has a 4 GB internal storage, a passable quantity that should be fine for the average user having that this phone also has an external SD slot .
