The Xolo Q700s is powered by a MediaTek MT6582M system chip, which holds an exceptional 1300 megahertz Quad-Core processing unit with only 1 GB RAM memory which is a little poor comparing with this phone's powerful processing power. Graphic intensive games and apps often eats a lot of CPU time, so it also also has a 416 MHz ARM Mali-400 MP2 GPU to take care of them, leaving the CPU free for other tasks. This device has a 4 GB internal storage, a reasonable amount that should be considering that this cellphone also has a slot for external memory cards to store pictures and videos.
