Xolo Win Q900s Review

Score: 52 / 100

Xolo Win Q900s is a decently made phone, counting with a very fast 1200 megahertz Quad-Core processing unit, a medium sized 4.7" multi-touch capacitive display, an 8 megapixels back side camera and a 2 megapixels front facing camera.

Tag Heuer made a really good job making this phone as lightweight as 3.53 ounces. Being just 0.28" thick, this device is incredibly thin and stilized. The Xolo Win Q900s is a compact cellphone, considering it features a 4.7 inches screen and it is just 5.35" long and 2.65" wide. This phone is available in 2 different color options, black and white.

Tag Heuer sells this phone with a high speed Quad-Core CPU clocking at 1200 MHz, bundled in a Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 MSM8212 system chip and only 1 GB RAM which is a little bit disappointing comparing with the Xolo Win Q900s's great processor. Graphic intensive games and applications usually eats lots of processor time, so this phone also has a 400 megahertz Adreno 302 GPU to help with that calculations. A good point of this cellphone is the 8 GB quite big internal storage memory and a slot for an SD memory card, enough to install hundreds of apps and games without any trouble.

The Xolo Win Q900s is equipped with two cameras, an 8 mega-pixels back camera and a 2 MP front-facing camera. This phone also features some good characteristics like flash, geo tagging and auto-focus.

This device has an astonishing 1280 x 720 (HD) 4.7-inches display, providing this cellphone with an amazing graphical experience. This display uses IPS LCD capacitive technology, and is multi-touch enabled.

This cellphone has WiFi connection (which can be shared with other devices around, acting as a mobile hotspot), HSPA+ 4G connectivity, that is not so fast as LTE-A or LTE 4G networks and fast 3G connection type, supported by HSDPA, HSUPA, UMTS and EDGE technologies. This phone supports dual SIM cards to be able to to work with two different phone lines and even different carriers.

The Xolo Win Q900s counts with a medium sized 1800 mAh Li-Polymer battery that provides this phone a not very long battery duration. Tag Heuer reports a talk time of 23 hs and a stand by time of 263 hours for this phone.

The Xolo Win Q900s also comes with a couple of nice characteristics such as Bluetooth (for communication with other cellphones, computers and accessories), GPS Geolocation and FM Radio, and lots of sensors like Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Accelerometer and Compass.
